Every area of the UK saw this fall in time, with London seeing the decrease…19 days on average, 6 days quicker than last year.

The reason?  Stock levels have fallen by 5% so far this year, and applications have increased by 5.6%!

East Midlands along with the South West were the quickest areas to rent, 18 days on average.

And an increased demand for larger properties has seen 3 or more bedroom houses being let at the fastest rate of 19.3 days on average.

Hillingdon Local Authority saw properties flying at the fastest rate in GB at 9.5 days on average. Unsurprisingly, London saw 6 of the top 15 areas that had the quickest lettings.
